Bell Canada has removed the tool it uses to monitor consumers’ Internet data usage and started reversing charges to some customers… Furore over the usage-based billing (UBB) issue reached new heights Wednesday after the company posted an acknowledgment that the online tool —meant to allow customers to track data usage so they don’t go over their monthly cap — was faulty….
